This is our two in one machine ,it is used for canned juice ,it is 18-4 filling sealing 2 in 1 ,we also have any other type ,such as 8-4,24-4,36-6, 48-8 and so on.Filling speed is also different . This filling sealing machine ,it can be used for aluminum cans ,tinplate cans ,plastic cans and so on
It adopts open –gear transmission and main motor is ABB, the filler valve is out borne mechanical valve, CO2 rising with lifting device, capping with secondary seaming.
Empty can transport into filling machine through inlet screw and inlet starwheel by conveyor, position by can hold table. Lifting device make cans and filling valves pressed. Just get pressed valves can open and filling.
After filling, cans transport to capper by can transport device. After two times’ seaming, cans transport into filled can conveyor by outlet starwheel.
Main transmission device as main driving force to drive along capper .In the condition of gears mutually meshing, gimbal and in-phase belt transmission, main driving force transmitted to inlet screw , inlet starwheel according，middle transition starwheel, cap transmission device and outlet starwheel and ect. In order to achieve synchronized operation.

Usually we will pack the machines by using wrapping film first ,
Then we will pack the machines with standard export wooden cases ,and then load them into the container :
First ,client need to make the customs clearance ,then take the machines to his factory
And then engineer will go to assemble all the machines in turn .
And then ,engineer will test each machine
Sometimes, client will come to discuss the detail with us ,sometimes client will come to inspect the machines before delivery :
